By submitting this application, I hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations established by Coast to Coast International Pageants, a production of East Coast USA Pageant Productions Inc. I understand and affirm that, upon acceptance into the pageant, I shall be obligated to remit payment of the full entry fee balance in accordance with the pageant’s financial requirements.

The Applicant must participate in the correct age division as determined by Coast to Coast International Pageants. Neither the Applicant nor any of her immediate family members are currently employed by Coast to Coast International Pageants or East Coast USA Pageant Productions Inc. In consideration of being accepted as a contestant in any Coast to Coast International Pageant event, I, the Applicant, and we, the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of the Applicant named in this application, do hereby release Coast to Coast International Pageants, East Coast USA Pageant Productions Inc., and all associated staff, directors, subsidiaries, parent companies, assigns, employees, representatives, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from participation in any pageant-related activity or event. We further grant the irrevocable right to use the Applicant’s name, likeness, image, photographs, video footage, audio recordings, speeches, testimonials, and/or written statements for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any format now known or hereafter developed, without compensation or further consent. All entry fees, deposits, and sponsor fees paid to Coast to Coast International Pageants are strictly non-refundable, without exception.
