Elizabeth Percy—lovingly known as ‘Percy’—is the Executive Producer of Coast to Coast International Pageants and Co-Owner/President of ECUSA Pageant Productions. With a strong background in talent management and years of experience in the entertainment industry, she brings a thoughtful, opportunity-focused approach to the pageant space—one that prioritizes positivity, personal growth, and authenticity.

In addition to her role with ECUSA, Percy is Co-Founder and Talent Manager at Ascend Talent Management, where she represents talent seen on major networks, Broadway stages, Disney, and Nickelodeon.

A former contestant herself, Percy was mentored by her beloved friend Lauren Handler, whose legacy continues to guide her with purpose and heart.

At the heart of everything she does is a deep commitment to the well-being and confidence of every contestant. She strives to create an uplifting and empowering environment where each individual feels supported, celebrated, and equipped to succeed—on stage and beyond.

One of the greatest joys of Percy’s work at ECUSA is sharing it with her closest friends, whose creativity, support, and willingness to say yes to just about any idea continue to inspire her every day!

Since joining ECUSA in 2003, Vanessa Wynn has played a central role in shaping the contestant experience—bringing warmth, purpose, and a signature sparkle to every step of the journey. Her thoughtful guidance has supported thousands of families as they navigate the world of pageantry with confidence and joy.

She had the privilege of building ECUSA alongside her dear friend and mentor, the late Director Lauren Handler, whose legacy continues to inspire everything she does. A passionate advocate for positive pageantry, Vanessa is committed to helping contestants grow in self-esteem, character, and connection. She is also deeply grateful for her business partner Elizabeth and the dedicated East Coast USA team, who pour their hearts and souls into making each event an unforgettable experience for every contestant and family.

Over the years, she has judged at state, national, and international competitions—including representing ECUSA Page productions at prestigious events in Shanghai, China.

Before dedicating herself fully to pageantry, Vanessa spent 18 years in the fashion industry, including a decade with luxury brand COACH, where she styled celebrities and led teams at the East Hampton flagship location.

Beyond the pageant stage, Vanessa is a proud mom to Anthony and Harley, who keep life full of creativity, sports, and adventure. With a blend of heart, hustle, and style, she continues to create meaningful, memorable experiences for every contestant she meets.

James “Jimmy” Farney is the Co-Founder of Coast to Coast International Pageants and Chief Financial Officer of ECUSA Pageant Productions. He holds a master’s degree in finance and brings extensive experience in financial management, operations, and strategic development. Jimmy plays an essential role in building the vision and infrastructure behind both organizations.

A champion of authenticity and self-expression, Jimmy is passionate about creating spaces where every individual feels seen, supported, and celebrated. He is also convinced that working alongside two dynamic women is the true secret to success—and he is absolutely right.

When he isn’t crafting budgets or coordinating backstage logistics, Jimmy enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and building spreadsheets for fun—yes, really. Based in New Jersey and a devoted fan of both Disney and Universal, he brings a unique blend of humor, heart, and precision to everything he does.

Vincent “Vinny” Martini (he/him) is a New York- and New Jersey-based theatrical producer with more than a decade of experience in entertainment and arts leadership. As Co-Founder of Star Search and longtime Director of Events and Production for ECUSA Productions, Vinny has helped create memorable opportunities for performers and families. He has also served as a judge and host for organizations nationwide, including the Miss America Organization.

As a performer, Vinny has appeared at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, as well as historic venues throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. As a vocal instructor, he has coached students who have gone on to perform with JoJo Siwa, KIDZ BOP, and on Broadway.

Vinny also serves as Executive Producer of the acclaimed MISCAST Gala, which has featured stars including Josh Groban, Audra McDonald, and Nick Jonas. In addition, he leads the Development team at MCC Theater in New York City.

A frequent collaborator with veteran casting director Bernie Telsey, whose credits include The Greatest Showman, Vinny brings a distinctive blend of performance, production, fundraising, and arts leadership expertise to every project he touches.
